What we do with your information

Short version: we take what we need to quote and turn up to your job, we keep it in one place, and we do not track you. Version 1.0, 2026-08-24.

What we collect, and why

Booking and quote requests

The booking form, the move-in offer form, and the booking form on each service-area site.

Why: To quote the work accurately, contact you about it, and turn up at the right place with the right equipment.

Our basis for it: We need it to prepare and perform the service you asked us for. Without it we cannot quote or schedule a job.

Where it goes: Notion.

Server logs

Automatically, when any page or the booking endpoint is requested.

Why: To keep the site online and secure, and to diagnose errors.

Our basis for it: Our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.

Where it goes: Vercel.

Who else can see it

Two companies, both because they run part of the service. Neither is allowed to use your information for their own purposes.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Text messages

The booking form asks whether we may text you. If you say yes, we will use your number to send messages about your booking — confirming a time, telling you we are on the way, following up on the job. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, or by asking us. Saying no does not stop us booking your install; we will call or email instead.

How long we keep it

Seven years after your last completed job.

Mount Masters gives a lifetime warranty on the work, so the record of what was installed, where, and how has to outlive the job itself — if you call about a mount we fitted, we need to be able to look it up. Seven years also matches ordinary US business and tax record-keeping. Enquiries that never became a job are removed once they are clearly stale.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

To do any of these, call or text 202-430-6677. We will get back to you within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first, so that we are not handing your address to someone else.

If you are in the UK or the EU, data protection law gives you these rights formally, along with the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and the version number at the top before the change takes effect.

Want your details removed?

Ask, and we will do it. No form, no process.
