A new outlet behind the TV, or a soundbar, can be added — those sit outside the special and get quoted on site, with your say-so before anything starts.
Why a strip, and not inside the wall
These walls are not yours to open, and most leases say so plainly. The cables run inside a slim paintable strip laid flat against the wall instead of through it — the screen still looks like it is floating, and there is nothing behind the drywall for anyone to object to when you hand the keys back.
When the lease ends
Tell us you are moving and we will come back out, take the TVs down and patch every hole we made, so the wall looks the way it did the day you got the keys. It is its own job with its own price — ask us about the move-out package while we are there doing the install, and you will know the number long before you need it.
